For the treatment of coronavirus infection COVID-19, Molixan® is administered at a dose of 3 mg/kg of body weight once a day, daily for 10 days (calculation example: with a body weight of 80 kg, the dose will be 3 mg/kg x 80 kg = 240 mg - this is 4 ampoules of the preparation per day) intravenous bolus once a day, or intramuscularly, dividing the dose into two injections (morning and evening).

PREVENTION OF CORONAVIRUS INFECTION COVID-19

Molixan® is administered twice a day as part of an inhalation mixture, which includes 2 ml of the preparation (the contents of one ampoule) and 0.5 ml of a 4% potassium chloride solution. The mixture is prepared before use. The course is 14 days. For inhalation, a mesh nebulizer is used.

Molixan regulates thiol-disulfide metabolism of repatitis, induces the expression enzymes of the first and second phases of detoxification of xenobiotics, inhibits the replication of DNA and RNA of viruses that cause hepatitis B and C,stimulates the production of interferons a and y by liver macrophages, interleukin-2 T-lymphoma. Cytoprotective and immunomodulatory activity of the preparation Molixan1J leads to inhibition of hepatocyte cytolysis, resolution inflammatory process in toxic and viral lesions of liver cells. In acute and chronic ethanol intoxication in experimental animals, the repatoprotective effect of Molixan!)
manifested itself in a decrease in the concentration of total bilirubin and a decrease in the activity of blood transaminases (ALT / AST). According to the data preclinical studies, intravenous administration of the preparation at a dose of 30 mg/kg increased the resistance of rat myocardium to ischemia-reperfusion injury of the myocardium, reducing the size of the necrosis zone, and had a mild hypotensive effect. Dosage and administration:

Intravenously and intramuscularly.

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT REGIMENS:

In the treatment of acute alcohol intoxication - alcoholic coma, against the background of standard detoxification therapy: Molixan: at a dose of 3.0 mg / kg is administered once intravenously (bolus) with 0.9% sodium chloride solution, or with 5% dextrose solution in
ratio by volume 1:1.

In acute viral hepatitis B - the preparation Molixan is administered intravenously or intramuscularly once 10 mg / day every other day throughout the course of symptomatic and detoxification therapy.

In severe forms of acute viral hepatitis B, Molixan® is administered intravenously or intramuscularly once a day at a dose of 20 mg / day throughout the entire course of symptomatic and detoxification therapy.

In the complex antiviral therapy of chronic viral hepatitis B, Molixan® is administered intravenously or intramuscularly once 30 mg / day three times a week, every other day, throughout the course of specific antiviral therapy.

In monotherapy of chronic viral hepatitis B, resistant to specific antiviral therapy or if it is impossible for medical reasons: Molixan® is administered intravenously or intramuscularly once 30 mg / day three times a week, every other day, the course of treatment is 24 weeks.

In the complex antiviral therapy of chronic viral hepatitis C: Molixan® is administered intravenously or intramuscularly once 60 mg / day three times a week, every other day throughout the course of specific antiviral therapy.

In monotherapy of chronic viral hepatitis C, resistant to specific antiviral therapy or if it is impossible for medical reasons: Molixan® is administered intravenously or intramuscularly once 60 mg per day, three times a week, every other day, the course of treatment is 24 weeks.

Side effect:

Some patients may experience a slight increase in temperature (up to 37.1° C - 37.5° C),
soreness at the injection site. In case of poor subjective pain tolerance, Glutoxim® is administered
together with 1 - 2 ml of 0.5% novocaine solution.

Contraindications for use:
