Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris) is a powerful energizer and antihypoxant that increases oxygen utilization in organs and tissues. It contains cordycepin, which has pronounced anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties. It increases the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10, reduces the expression of COX-2 (an enzyme involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins, which are part of the inflammatory response), and enhances the phagocytic activity of macrophages. Thanks to these properties, Cordyceps militaris can be used both during the recovery period after COVID-19 and during the illness itself, when inflammation levels in the body are elevated. It can be used as part of antibacterial therapy—it is active against pneumococcus, streptococcus, Staphylococcus aureus, and other types of bacteria.

Oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) contain a wide range of nutrients: minerals, polyphenols, β-glucans, essential amino acids; and are rich in vitamins D, C, niacin, riboflavin, thiamine, and vitamin B12. Oyster mushroom beta-glucans, such as pleuran, exhibit strong immunomodulatory activity by increasing lymphocyte proliferation and macrophage activation. Mode of application:

Contraindications:

Side effects:
