Transport into cells and mechanism of action:

DNA in a special transport medium (sodium DNA, potassium glutathione isomerized linoleate). DNA in Linoleic Acid-Glutathione is an innovative cosmetic ingredient, the uniqueness of this blend is based on complementary action.

A linoleic acid-glutathione molecule is formed by the binding of one molecule of conjugated linoleic acid, a substance with biological activity, with a glutathione tripeptide in its reduced form, which also has its own biochemical activity.

Sodium DNA is an active solution of nucleotide fragments that have been purified, depolymerized and bound with sodium ions. The properties of DNA to support the functioning of cells are well studied and proven in numerous scientific papers, they are used both in general medicine and in cosmetology and trichology. Such help is needed for cells facing extreme metabolic conditions, experiencing increased loads and stress. The result of DNA exposure is a restorative effect associated with the activity of the immune system, the regulation of the synthesis of cytokines and growth factors, the maintenance of protein synthesis in all cells under stress or metabolic changes, the preservation of mitochondrial activity and, accordingly, the energy produced in cells.

The development of alopecia, a scalp lesion commonly known as alopecia, is characterized by a cascade of changes. There is a weakening of the activity of the intradermal growth part of the hair (follicles), a reduction in the duration of its active growth phase. In the future, there may be a gradual decrease in the size of the hair follicle. Then the follicle moves from the deep layer of the skin to the more superficial layers, in the course of these changes the follicle itself becomes weaker, the hair shafts become smaller and thinner. Consistently there is a seal and compression of the tissues around the bulb. It is known that a decrease in the size of the follicle is often associated with increased sensitivity to dihydrotestosterone, which involves the enzyme 5-alpha reductase, and therapeutic drugs are aimed at suppressing the activity of this enzyme. But now it has been proven that the action of this enzyme is far from the only mechanism. Often, a decrease in follicle activity is accompanied by an inflammatory process that occurs for a variety of reasons (lifestyle, stress, environmental exposure, etc.). As a result of all these changes in the hair follicle and the surrounding tissue, hair loss, thinning, and a decrease in hair density occur. The drug based on "DNA in linoleic acid + glutathione medium" demonstrated high efficiency in preventing and reducing such changes, according to the described experimental protocol.

In the "linoleic acid + glutathione" medium, of particular interest is the bipolar nature, which is both lipophilic (combines with fat/lipids) and hydrophilic (combines with water), which gives the specific characteristics of the biological mobility of the compound. In this way, a very high bioavailability (penetration into the skin and interaction with its internal structures) is achieved, which is far superior to those of linoleic acid and glutathione, when considered separately. Glutathione's own biochemical activity against free radicals is aimed at protecting the follicles, while linoleic acid reduces the manifestations of inflammation. The entry of linoleic acid into cells activates the arachidonic acid cycle, which leads to the synthesis of prostaglandins.

These are specific molecules that act as regulators of the local inflammatory process. Arachidonic acid, whose precursor is linoleic acid, requires oxygen and an electron donor to be converted to prostaglandins, which is also provided by glutathione. In this case, it is readily available at the same site of action as the linoleic acid to which it is structurally related, while it does not penetrate the surface barrier of the skin on its own. The high activity of the complex is based on this mechanism.
Recent experimental data show that linoleic acid can cause an increase in the synthesis of intracellular glutathione: an optimal sequence of mutually reinforcing action. Such joint activity makes this product optimal for the treatment of inflammatory, degenerative diseases of the scalp, such as alopecia.

Peptide action:

Alanine Histidine Lysine peptide - CU associated is a synthesized analogue of the natural substance GHK, which has anti-inflammatory and restores the full activity of living tissues. Including those with a proven restorative effect on the skin tissue (from which hair also comes), nervous tissue, etc.

Directly Alanine Histidine Lysine peptide - CU, according to scientific experimental data, can stimulate division and prevent apoptosis (destruction) of hair papilla cells - specialized fibroblasts that play a key role in hair growth.

Form release:

50ml

Method of application:

Apply from a pipette with small drops on a clean, dry scalp along the partings, distribute with a light massage. It is important to apply it on the skin so that there is no loss of the drug on the hair.

Apply daily 1 time per day, the course is not less than 2 months. The specialist may recommend a different mode of application, including when combined with other Time To Grow products. For example, alternate every other day with Active Lotion or SOS Hair Lotion. The drug is suitable for continuous use. It can also be used for a course of 2-6 months, with a further transition to other preparations of the Time To Grow line. Effective against increased hair loss, against thinning hair and to stimulate hair growth.
